Policies and Terms & Conditions

Cricket Australia and the KFC Big Bash League wants to remind fans around the country that the only way to ensure they receive legitimate tickets and at the official sale price is to purchase via our authorised ticketing agencies, Ticketek and Ticketmaster (excluding Ticketmaster Resale).

Fans who purchase tickets from unauthorised resellers (such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, Gumtree, eBay etc.) risk paying too much and having their tickets to matches cancelled, which is why it is highly recommended to only purchase from the Big Bash League’s authorised ticket agencies.
