The Melbourne Stars’ 2025 campaign will officially get underway next week at the T20 Spring Challenge in Sydney.
Announcing its 13-player squad on Friday morning, the Stars are set to field a mix of youth and experience in the second year of the tournament that will lead into WBBL|11.
International recruit, Dani Gibson, is one of many big names to join the team on the road, with the English star arriving in Australia early ahead of the Big Bash.
The Stars will compete in four games in seven days, with all eight WBBL teams represented in the fixture, as well as the ACT Meteors. After the completion of all 18 matches, the top four ranked sides will progress through to the semi-finals, before a final is battled out on Thursday, October 30.
