Stars Abroad: Stars head home as tournaments pause

Marcus Stoinis and Tom Curran were both caught up in the chaotic week in the sub-continent with both the PSL and the IPL suspended for a week following rising tensions between Pakistan and India. 

Marcus Stoinis' Punjab Kings currently sit 3rd on the IPL ladder with three games left in their season when the competition was halted.

Tom Curran's Lahore are close to securing a finals berth but a decision will be made this week as to the tournament's future.

Usama Mir, the Stars 3rd pick in last year's BBL Overseas Player Draft, has also had his season put on hold. Mir has taken 4 wickets in his 7 games so far.
