Stars Abroad: Runs everywhere

It's been a huge week for a number of Stars batters.

There's been centuries everywhere you look for a number of Stars over the last seven days.

Annabel Sutherland won plenty of headlines for her incredible knock of 210 in the test against South Africa. She added to her dominant display with 3-19 and 2-11 with the ball.

Kim Garth made 49* and took 2 wickets in the dominant win.

Tom Rogers broke through for his maiden List A century, smashing 196 runs in Victoria's final Marsh Cup game of the season. Rogers took full advantage of the small boundaries at North Sydney Oval with his last 96 runs coming from less than 50 balls.

In the following Shield game against New South Wales, Peter Handscomb backed up his half century in the Marsh Cup with an impressive 114 runs.

Ahead of his return to the test squad, Scott Boland took 8 wickets in Victoria's draw with NSW.

Mark Steketee took 6 wickets and was named player of the match for Queensland in their win over South Australia.

Beau Webster also scored runs, smashing 100, his 10th first class century against a WA side that featured Joel Paris (7 wickets) and Corey Rocchiociolli (4 wickets). Webster also took 3-30 with the ball.

Glenn Maxwell will feature later this week against New Zealand as Australia kick off their tour. Marcus Stoinis has been ruled out of the series due to a back injury but is set to return before the IPL.

A number of our WBBL players will be heading over to India for the WPL, which is set to commence in the early hours of Saturday, 24th February (AEDT).

Nicole Faltum and Meg Lanning were amongst the runs in Victoria's last WNCL outing of the season, making 86 and 84 respectively to finish the season with a win over Tasmania.
