Stars Abroad: IPL underway, Stars in Bangladesh

Check out what our Stars have been up to over the past week.

Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis have both commenced their IPL campaigns with a loss for RCB and Lucknow respectively. Maxwell is back in action in the early hours of tomorrow morning whilst Stoinis will play late on early Sunday, Melbourne time. 

Annabel Sutherland again came to the rescue for the Australians at 5-78 as they commenced their tour of Bangladesh. Belsy made 58* with the bat on a tricky wicket to seal victory in the opening game of the series. Kim Garth was excellent with the ball, picking up 2 wickets in the win. 

Hilton Cartwright, Corey Rocchiccioli and Joel Paris were all part of WA's third consecutive Shield winning side, overcoming Beau Webster's Tasmania. Cartwright was outstanding with the bat, making 55 and 94. Rocchiccioli took 7 wickets for the match, whilst Webster picked up 4.

WBBL|09 international Maia Bouchier starred with the bat for England, making her maiden T20I half century with 71 from just 47 balls against New Zealand. England lead the series 2-1.
