MCG gates open: 11:30am
Coin toss: 11:35am (WBBL) 3:25pm (BBL)
Match starts: 12:20pm (WBBL) 4:10pm (BBL)

A women's BBL match between Melbourne Stars and Hobart Hurricanes will start at 12.20pm, followed by the men's BBL match at 4.10pm. One ticket gains entry to both matches.

Tickets for #RhinoDay at the MCG can be pre-purchased via TIcketek here (to avoid queues at the ground), or at the MCG on match day at the gate.

Coming to a match for the first time? Also don't forget to visit our first time attendees stand between Gate 2 and 3!


TRANSPORT


We strongly advise taking public transport to the MCG with Jolimont and Richmond Stations close by. Flinders Street is also a short walk from the MCG.

There will be a total of 24 additional train services to and from Jolimont / Richmond Station for BBL matches.

Yarra Trams has also scheduled 16 additional services running along Route 70 and 75 to cater for patrons that might drive locally around Richmond and CBD.

Frankston, Cranbourne and Pakenham line rail works

With rail works scheduled to commence on 2 January, seven bus routes will provide services to the MCG/inner city area.

Please note the the MCG footbridge is closed due to the tennis.


PARKING


Due to the Australian Open tennis, there will be an extremely limited number of public parking spaces in Yarra Park for this match. Please use public transport if possible.
