  • You can also contact the Membership Team on 1300 MELB STARS (1300 635 278) from 10am-4:30pm on match day. From 5:45pm, please visit the Hub at the MCG
  • Stars members who have not yet received their membership card in the post can scan in using their e-membership.

  • Gate 2 – MCC Members ONLY

What can’t I bring into MCG?

  • No pets. Assistance dogs are permitted
  • No cricket bats
  • No BYO alcohol
  • No cans, glass or metal knives


  • The MCG is a strictly non-smoking venue.


  • Toilet facilities are located at the MCG

Transport - How to get to the MCG


  • Jolimont Station to the north (5 min walk)
  • Richmond Station to the south east (7 min walk)
  • Flinders Street Station (15 min walk)


  • No. 45 or 48 from the city – get off at Wellington Parade
  • No. 70 from the city – get off at the Tennis Centre

Train & Tram interruptions scheduled:

  • Buses replace V-line trains on the Frankston Line (Moorabbin to Frankston and Stony Point)

Public Parking:

  • $10 Cash upon entry to Yarra Park
  • Gate 3 – 3:00pm
  • Gate 5 – 5:00pm
  • Gate 6 – Closed
  • Gate 7 – 2:30pm (accredited permit holders only)
