The Melbourne Stars were overrun by the Brisbane Heat in a reduced overs match in Brisbane.
Seven Overs A Side in Brisbane
After play was delayed by nearly two hours, the match was reduced to seven overs per side.
Rhys McKenna (15 off 9) and Tess Flintoff (14* from 13) provided the highlights in the Stars' batting innings, with Melbourne recording 6-46 from their seven overs.

The Heat got off to a string start to their chase despite Marizanne Kapp and Kim Garth threatening to take wickets.
Captain Annabel Sutherland removed Laura Harris in the third over however the home team were able to claim the win with 10 balls remaining.
The Stars now return to Melbourne for the final game of the season, back home at the CitiPower Centre against the Strikers on Sunday.
